John Tate
IT Consultant
John is
co-founder of Tate-Bramald, a successful IT consultancy
started in 1989. The company specialised in financial
systems. John is well versed in finance because of his
highly regarded experience as a trainee at Unilever. He sold
Tate-Bramald in the last quarter of 2002.
He is an IT adviser to the Charity Finance Directors Group. He
works closely with the Institute of Fund-raising and the
Association of Chief Executives Voluntary Organisations.
Working in both
the commercial and non-profit sectors, he is often engaged
as a speaker and has written many articles on the IT sector.
He has been a consultant to blue chip technology companies
such as IBM, Microsoft and SAP.
He provides a
wide range of skills, including:

- Business Product evaluation
- Experience of international product rollouts
- IT system selection and implementation
